Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third party. The only personal data we hold is what you type into the contact form. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Everything below is verifiable — open your browser developer tools on any page and check the network and storage tabs yourself.
This website stores nothing on your device. No session cookies, no preference cookies, no consent banner needed because there is nothing to consent to.
No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording. We do not know who visits this site or which pages they read.
Every font, image, stylesheet and script is served from sketchvolt.com. Fonts are self-hosted specifically so your IP address is never sent to Google.
The contact form, and only when you choose to fill it in. That is the entire scope of personal data collection on this website.
When you submit the contact form, these fields are recorded. Nothing is gathered passively in the background.
Your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, the services you selected, your indicated budget range and the message you wrote. Name, email and message are required; the rest are optional and you can leave them blank.
If you email or message us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and keep track of what was agreed. Standard business record-keeping, nothing more.
Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure, not by us, and we do not analyse them for marketing.
We use your enquiry to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to deliver and administer the work. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list because you asked a question. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.
Ask Us to Delete Your DataThese are our processors. We have listed every single one — there are no others.
Hosts this website and its database, which is where contact form submissions are stored. Your enquiry sits on their servers as part of our WordPress installation. Hostinger operates data centres in several regions and offers a data processing agreement.
Our business email runs on Gmail, so a copy of your enquiry arrives in a Google inbox and any email you send us is stored there. This is ordinary business email, not marketing automation.
The contact form plugin that processes your submission on our own server. It is software running on our hosting, not an external service receiving your data.
These rights come from the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA and CPRA in California, and PIPEDA in Canada. Rather than work out which applies to you, we extend all of them to everyone.
Ask what personal data we hold about you and we will send you a copy. Usually within a few days, and always within 30 days.
If something we hold is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
Ask us to erase your data and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record — for example invoices for tax purposes.
Ask for your data in a machine-readable format so you can take it elsewhere.
Object to how we use your data, or ask us to stop processing it while a disagreement is resolved.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of. Exercising any right here will never change how we treat you.
We work with clients across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, and our team works remotely. That means your data may be stored or accessed in a country other than your own.
Where personal data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred outside those regions, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors, and we keep the amount of data involved to the minimum needed to answer you and do the work.
Anything not covered here, email hello@sketchvolt.com and we will answer properly rather than point you at a clause.
Ask Us DirectlySketchVolt is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@sketchvolt.com or on +880 1879-153698 for any privacy question, including to exercise the rights described above.
Under the GDPR we rely on legitimate interests to reply to an enquiry you sent us, and on performance of a contract once you become a client. Where we hold data purely because you asked us something, you can object at any time and we will delete it.
No. Your enquiry and project data are not used to train any machine learning model, ours or anyone else’s, and are not supplied to third parties for that purpose.
Not unless you ask. Submitting the contact form gets you a reply about your enquiry, not a newsletter subscription. If we ever launch one it will be opt-in, with a working unsubscribe link.
No. Our services are sold to businesses and this site is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay, and within 72 hours where the GDPR requires it. We will tell you what happened rather than minimise it.
The site runs over HTTPS, administrative access is limited and protected, the WordPress installation is kept updated, and backups are stored offsite. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise.
Yes, and you do not need to come to us first — though we would prefer the chance to fix it. In the EU, contact your national data protection authority. In the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office. In Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Our portfolio links to client websites we built. Once you follow a link you are on their site, governed by their privacy policy, and we have no control over what they collect.
If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant and we hold your data, we will tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.
Email hello@sketchvolt.com and a person will answer. No ticket system, no form to fill in first.
